Fixed Blade Knives
When I first started making knives, fixed blades were my passion. I've always been influenced by Loveless' style, and in fact, his work was what got me interested in making knives to begin with.
Though much of my work is doing folders now, I still like to make a nice dropped point hunter or semi-skinner now and then. Those two shapes are classics, in my book, and they work as good as they look.
I try to keep my prices reasonable, as I'd rather see my knives in the field, doing what they were intended to do, as opposed to sitting on someone's shelf.
I use primarily CPM154CM for my steel, and favor Micarta handles, as it's almost indestructible. Other handle material is available on request.
